We started January talking about aluminium because when the dust settles, it’s still one of the hardest-working materials out there. Lightweight, strong, versatile… the kind of metal that quietly makes manufacturing, fabrication and construction run smoother without shouting about it.

Then we took a step back and reminded people who we actually are.

ASC Metals is a family-owned non-ferrous metals stockholder with over 38 years’ experience, supporting engineering and manufacturing businesses across the East Midlands and Yorkshire.

With 21,000 sq. ft of warehouse space, extended storage, and our own fleet, we stay in control of the supply chain, helping customers reduce delays and uncertainty.

This month was also about showing what’s on the shelves, the aluminium sections customers rely on day in, day out and what happens behind the scenes.

Call-off orders, just-in-time deliveries, and planning support that helps keep production moving without tying up cash or space.

But January wasn’t just about metal.
